Kyle’s programs, teaching style, and drills are so helpful. He has studied with the Masters, and he brings his perspective on that knowledge for adults who want to play on their hands. He is so generous with his teaching - offering the fundamentals to avoid injuries and keeping it fun 😊 I highly recommend the App and his Courses. Kyle has made a tremendous difference in my handstand journey.
Using Kyle’s handstand program, I was able to go from holding a handstand for a few seconds to a 1 minute hold. He makes the process fun with great instruction and tips to improve your form, strength and flexibility.
I like this app and continually levels up my handstand practice. I have used Kyle’s programs and handstand app to get me from handstanding at the wall to freestanding. Kyle’s teachings are clear and easy to follow. I also like that the app has videos to follow along when working out as it’s simple to play the video and off you go. Kyle is a great instructor and recommend the handstand app for the total beginner or any level of hand balancer.
I really thought this app was gonna be a really cool way to work my handstand, but I also thought that since it was an app that I had to pay for that everything would be included, but no, you have to pay at least $300 a year
I had to pay $5 for an app that I have to pay more money for in order to use any of it! The app should be free to download. Instead of underhandedly ripping users off be transparent about all the fees.

You pay for the app and first thing you see inside is that you need to pay way more to even use it. Don’t trust the initial price you will get nothing for that initial fee unless you subscribe in the app
this is just asking for money! i was looking for a nice app to practice my handstand, but this is NOT free. if people are looking forward to paying, go ahead. but if you don’t like paying for stupid reasons on apps like me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
If they’d have been upfront about pricing, I wouldn’t rate so lowly. But they don’t tell you that it costs so much until AFTER you’re required to give them your email, and full name. Then they say, all of our content is locked until you buy the program.
The App Store said .99 trial and $4.99 a month after that. Once you download it they want $9.99 a month after a two week free trial. I was excited about this but the $10 a month compared to the $4.99 that they lured me in with was enough for me to decide not to sign up.
