This is a horrible service. Completely overpriced, then when they ask you to rate they service, they ask you to tip. It’s best to go directly to a service directly, either a brick and mortar place, a business with a phone number on the side of their truck or van, or even one that just has its own website. They seem to charge by the hour and not by the task. They encouraged me to book for 2 hours, and what I had done only took about one. I only used them because I was in a time crunch and scheduling was easy. Also it was a matter of safety. So disappointed.

Zero accountability - pros cancel all the time. And Handy conveniently marks the job as complete. Call customer service and wait time is 75 mins. Not worth the headache - absolutely avoid!

I can’t even log into this app. I tried to have people come to put my TV up from LG and book through here but they send them to the wrong address. I try to go and talk to customer service. They have no reply very terrible. I highly do not recommend this app

Very professional and fixed pre existing conditions we had installed. Definitely loved the guy Russell that helped us and stayed 3 hrs. to install new 75” TV with soundbar with bracket. Great job!!
