Nice service and handy app but in 2024 lack of other language support for such a simple tool is giving foreigners a nightmare of an experience. To further improve the experience Apple Pay and Paypal payment options without the need for an M-login account would remove lot of useless friction. With such little fixes it would get at least four stars.

Easy to install and use, an english version could be of great help.

Stile, it does need an english translation

it is not clear how to set a language different from German.

Slow parking reservation because I had to do the translation from German all the time!

The app works just fine but there’s no option to change the language. In a big city like Monaco you would expect at least an English mode. I had to stop kind lady in a store and ask her for help with the translation.

I was forced to install it because I wasn’t able to pay with my Maestro card nor my VISA. I started the registration process and it took few minutes to complete. The worst thing was the lack of the localization. The app is only available in German language and I clicked some checkboxes without understanding the meaning of several sentences and statements. Really hope the authors add English and Italian as soon as possible.

Beim beenden des Parkvorgangs reicht es nicht aus, den Stop Button zu drücken. Man denkt fälschlicherweise, man hätte den Vorgang korrekt beendet. Aber nach einer Zeit kommt noch irgendein Pop-up Bild. Da muss man noch mal drauf drücken. Und dann noch einmal Stop. Daran denke ich nicht immer und zahle dann den Gesamtbetrag, weil die Uhr weiterläuft. Leider muss man hier von vorsätzlichen Betrug sprechen!

Die App funktionierte nur bei WLAN Empfang, nicht Mobil direkt. Somit konnte diese nicht sofort gestartet werden, sondern erst in einer Gastro mit WLAN und eine Abschaltung erst wieder zu Hause, daher wesentlich mehr als nötig bezahlt.

Einfach, minutengenau und ohne Herumfummeln am Parkautomaten:)
