Terrible map location interphase. It rarely works

The app is poorly designed. Constant error messages when you try to pay or update information like payment method or vehicle info. The app doesn’t work at all.

Over half the times I use this app, the start and end dates and times are messed up and you have to guess what dates to use to match up with reality - usually failing. Same problem adding time. I’ve overpaid multiple times because of this.

I have never used a parking app that won’t even let you select a location to park. Worst app ever

The app will let you go through all the payment steps and then just close the payment window making it seem like you’ve paid for parking when it hasn’t accepted payment.

It’s scam to charge penalties. They make it very difficult to use this app. It hangs. They force you to use the web page instead, where your profile isn’t saved. You always have to manually enter everything all the time. I was penalized because I backed my car into a parking spot: apparently we are only allowed to park head in. I was also given a parking ticket three minutes after I had already paid. I had to track the roving attendant down. He is given a bonus for ticketing cars after they park. REEF is a dishonest company. Their apps are designed to increase revenue through extra charges and fees, like parking violations.

App freezes and doesn’t allow Apple Pay.

The app is broken; tried for 15 minutes. Server errors, time outs, etc.

No apple pay
