Nạp thẻ giao thông thất bại nhưng vẫn bị trừ tiền và không được hoàn lại🥺

App lúc nào cũng lỗi phần nạp tiền xe bus

Không liên lạc được với ai. Nạp tiền lúc được lúc không. Nạp đúng phương pháp mà vẫn lỗi xong mất 50kw không hoàn được tiền? Vậy tiền đấy đi về đâu? Mong trung tâm CSKH để ý cho ạ. Và mong xin được hoàn số tiền đó chứ em nghèo lắm ạ. Xin chân thành cảm ơn ạ.

Em nạp tiền xe buýt nhưng không hoàn thành mà vẫn bị trừ tiền. Khi chuyển k hoàn thành nó có ghi hoàn tiền nhưng đến nay vẫn chưa thấy là sao ạ

Lỗi này em gặp từ 5/10/2024, gọi tổng đài viên đều không nghe máy, em mất 30krw ạ nếu app đọc đc bài nhận xét này mong là sửa lỗi này, nó bất tiện vô cùng ạ.

Hanpass là app chuyển tiền nhanh và hay nhất hiện nay, tuy tỉ giá chưa cao nhưng app dễ dùng chuyển tiền nhanh gọn. Tiếc là đội ngũ nhân viên hỗ trợ khách hàng lúc nào cũng bận rất khó gọi

App sử dụng rất hay lỗi mong hệ điều hành mới ra tốt hơn và không định vị mình đã bị và chưa được xử lý
