Wrongly purchased three 110-pound vouchers. The app kept showing my payment didn't go through but took money from my bank account the next day. Called customer service two times. The first time I was told refund would be issued within 2 working days; no refund after a week. I called again to check and was told I would receive an email later that day explaining the situation; 2 days have passed and I have received nothing. 330 is more than what I saved after using this app for half a year. Absolutely horrible🙃🙃

It doesn’t let you create an account. Tried for more than a year now

I purchased a Sainsbury's voucher to get 5% off my online shop and was not able to use it, because there is a limit to how much you can spend online (£50) using a voucher. I have now got a voucher for £112 (the cost of my shop), but am unable to use it as was forced to pay using another method. Called “Hapi” to arrange a refund. They have told me, they are not able to refund the voucher because of the terms of conditions. At NO POINT was I warned this was a non refundable voucher, and I am now out of pocket to the tune of £106. I have a lodged a complaint with “Hapi” about this, but they say they do not think I will be able to have this voucher refunded. What a JOKE.

I’ve been periodically trying to log into this for over a year. I fill out their support forms and get passed from support person to support person until someone finally gives up and they say they can’t help me and I have to start again. Utterly useless and frustrating.

I tried to register myself on the app i have everything that my employee provided me but still not working

I used it once luckily only £10 i couldnt redeem the evoucher and was told by support it was because I was ordering from an app and not the website . I tried to redeem using the website and still unable to redeem evoucher . Totally disillusioned , deleted app not even offered a refund ongoing since 7/10/2022 they just keep telling me use the website but still won’t reed voucher

Dave this will change your life

My company provides a benefit pack via this app and I have been trying to make use of it without great success. It has too many glitches. It’s very slow to load pages in the web browser version and specially in the mobile app. I have tried it in Safari and Edge, Mac and Windows, mobile phone latest devices, and over very reliable connections but still struggle to get to what matters. My colleagues experience the same issue and I, being asked to help promoting the service to other employees, feel really reluctant to do so. Customer support is inefficient and keeps getting back with the same questions about the issue but doesn’t do anything to resolve it.

When show an advert why dont you ask if im a robot? I pay for the wouchers and then before get it i need to prove it…
