Faulty app and useless customer service
Wrongly purchased three 110-pound vouchers. The app kept showing my payment didn't go through but took money from my bank account the next day. Called customer service two times. The first time I was told refund would be issued within 2 working days; no refund after a week. I called again to check and was told I would receive an email later that day explaining the situation; 2 days have passed and I have received nothing. 330 is more than what I saved after using this app for half a year. Absolutely horrible🙃🙃
