I’ve been a member for over twenty years and their service has been by par, “Awesome.”

Overall the app is fine. I’m annoyed that there are 3 apps instead of just one app. What makes me even more mad is that every time I use the chat the app crashes in the middle of me using it. I’m annoyed at logging in every 2 minutes while in chat because it keeps kicking me off. I can’t even rate my experience at the end of the chat because the app keeps crashing. Please address this. It is a great feature but it really tests my patience. I fear the representatives think I’m just leaving them mid conversation.

After being a member of Hapo for 25 years, I just wanted to thank them for always being diligent protecting my accounts and for always being kind and caring with every interaction, in person, or on the phone. A great Credit Union with great people!

Other banking apps offer a principal only payment option but this one lacks it unfortunately. Hope they can fix that.

I no longer have easy ability to transfer funds from my checking into my children’s savings accounts, and EVERY time I log into the app, I am hit with 10+ emails about budgets, balances, and nonsense.

Ever since the last update, when I try to see what transactions each debit card made, it throws me back to the Apple App Store HAPO Debit App where it says OPEN. Upon pressing OPEN I simply get all of my accounts. I don’t like this. I want to see the transactions BY DEBIT CARD. Please fix.

I never have any issues, I have everything at my fingertips and the information is clear and concise. I have my checking and savings account as well as links to my children’s juniors account and my car payment, all of it is super easy to access and work with Adam moments notice.
