I can’t make one of the Moluccan in the oxygen land at the bottom

Hey Thames and Kosmos, I really love this product it is my fist digital chemistry toy. I love learning in an interactive way and this is awesome. I really like it even though I just have the introductory set. I love it so much just one thing. Can you please make the scanner’s results more accurate, it’s really annoying when it picks up the wrong atom. Other that that, brilliant game thank you

I purchased this set reduced as the box was damaged. Having tried it, I would happily pay full asking price. We used the kit for an hour or so before trying the app. It is simply amazingly well thought out. My kids learned more about organic and inorganic chemistry in half an hour than I did in a year of high school. It’s engaging and my kid who only wants to play minecraft or roblox just spent 2 hours solid on this and had to be forced to put it down.

Really good no glitches

First of all,I really love your game, but it could use and update.#1 some of the atoms are really big and it makes it super hard to scan and get them all right, if you can make so you can correct the atoms if it got one wrong it will be helpful.#2 I wish y had my own lab in the spaceship, and I could do my own research and be able to edit it and decorate it,#3 it is a little boring to just go around and scan atoms… if you can add a quest to save the atom world or something, it would be great. And that is all, thank you.

People of happy atoms: PLEASE put in a manual for which elements go where (This is for when you put away the setup) it is just JAMMED when I put it in my closet. I also want to know why you have it delete all data when you switch sets, for example: What if you have the starter set and want to upgrade, You would have to do everything you have done AGAIN! I am very disappointed with this! I’s like you deleted the app then downloaded it again- IT’S SUCH A PAIN! So Please please please PLEASE fix this 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

Won’t download

Doesn’t matter the level of light. It’s not scanning. I have the latest iPad Pro so it’s not the camera. This is just terrible programming. I wish I could return the set.

This app is great, I have done all the atoms in Oxygen Expanse but there is one compound i cannot do. It opens the screen up to set it up for less then half a second and then closes it. It is L-ascorbic acid. (C6, H8, O6) I cannot finish oxygen expanse because i cannot open up this atom. Is there any way to get past this bug?
