Amazing
So at first I was like I’m not sure about this but I’ve had the game for like 2 days and I absolutely love it the only bad thing is that the customers in the game are very fast and get annoyed easily so it is kinda hard to control the good thing is that there are ads but barely. This game is awesome !!!
Not playable
The hospital I was on is now completely bright pink on every screen and so there is no way to progress. I contacted support and they asked for pictures and I sent them and they said to do something with Facebook, but my game isn’t connected to Facebook because I don’t have one. I’ve now been waiting a week with zero response back from support after telling them that. I followed up again and still nothing. Just know you’ll probably hit a point where you can’t progress whatsoever in a hospital’s levels.

Nah this is an ad wall hiding behind a plethora of game style approaches as well as a preset system in place for game development that only hinders your gameplay purposefully to the extent it wants you to spend money within minutes of gameplay. Addicts of pay to play you have been warned. We know you are an easy target for p2p games so stay clear!

I’ve beaten all of the hospitals and there hasn’t been a new one in months. WHY?!?!?! Create more hospitals or no one is gonna keep playing this game

The amount of coins earned should be more than $100-$300. Upgrades cost $1k+ so you have to play multiple times to get enough coins for 1 upgrade but by the time you get enough and upgrade the level difficulty has already gone up for the doctors or some part of the game so it’s hard to keep up. Second there should be an option to watch ads to double coins after every level especially since it’s hard enough to get enough coins for an upgrade after each level. Lastly, after moving on to the next hospital, you have the option to go back to play the previous hospital. Why is it when you do, you can only earn $60-$70? This is way less than the original play of level gave you and how are you supposed to earn enough to continue to upgrade in that previous hospital. Overall, I like the game. I just wish we were able to earn a bit more coins than now. Daily rewards and the 11 add watch are great to get extra coins and gems but still not nearly enough in combination with the little we earn after each level to keep up with upgrades. This is why I rate the game as a 3.5.
