Losing a child is horrible. Why does this game exist?

The game is fun, however as you move throughout the levels, the requirement for purchases increases within the game. The problem is the rewards in which the game gives you for moving forward in levels does not increase, therefore making you purchase coins and gems from the game directly. The only way you make it far in this game is you need to spend a good amount of money. As the levels increase, the rewards should match, instead it makes it near impossible to get to the next level without any type of purchase.

I’ve been playing this game sparingly for over a year and I finally deleted it from my iPhone because it’s almost impossible to win boards without boosters and gems for extra time. It’s very unbalanced. The extra games don’t help much with earning things you need to pass the boards. Gold passes are ridiculously priced. In short, it’s just another money grab. Developers should take note from games like Angry Birds that give you fair opportunities to continue play and earn boosters.

This game haunts me for app to app. I know that most ads are fake, but this one is nightmare like. It’s constant dying babies and I have tried to report this so many times but since they make it so hard, I finally downloaded it so that I could leave a review. Seriously fix your ads, I don’t want to see babies dying everytime I see this game.

I gave it a 2star because I do like the concept of the games. It’s expensive for upgrades and without them it’s just too hard for me. I am at level 32 and can’t get past this level.

I love playing the game even though you definitely have to invest money if you want to get ahead. This is the 2nd time that I’ve updated the game and I still don’t see the updates! The last update said that it would have a ‘screw game’ update and I haven’t seen any new changes. Did an update just now and don’t see the new updates for that either.

Its fun, but the timers are ridiculous.. im getting like 2 minutes and 4 seconds to reach 805.. maybe add like an extra 10-15 seconds because it gets annoying after a time because you kept losing and the only way ive been able to surpass those levels was to buy the 2 dollar gem pack so i can have an extra 30 seconds

This game is both extremely engaging and entertaining at the same time. It’s my favorite game and I love that I can act like a doctor all the time, but I had never run into this problem before until today. I’m just now realizing that I only have a certain amount of plays and then I have to wait or watch ads. I think this is insane and why would you not want people to be playing your game?

I love this game but when I got my new phone I am unable to load my progress on my new phone. It starts over! I put too much money in to not be able to access my game.

This game is good. Would have rated it 5 stars if it would not have the vomiting scenes.
