This app does nearly everything you could want as far as tracking bodily functions. The urine and habit tracking functions feel a little extraneous, but the main event I really want to keep track of is bowel movements, and this app accomplishes that wonderfully. It’s also silly enough with the cartoonish flair and sound effects to make the process fun and entertaining. The educational content is a huge bonus as well. Overall I am impressed by the thought and intention that went into creating this free app so that people can track and hopefully improve their bowel health.

It’s nice to keep a track of your gut health just like other aspects of health.

This app is so user friendly. I’m able to use it to track my daughter’s bowel movements and stomach pain. I use this info to communicate with her doctor and this app is so helpful.
