I love this app
I have used this app for years and really love the focus being taken off the daily and more on the long term. The numbers and goals you see are extremely customizable so you can see only what drives you to continue your journey. There have been a lot of updates and additions over the years and the app has only improved since day one!

I’ve been using happy scale for years. I appreciate that it’s purely a weight loss tracker rather than a nutrition focus as well. I wanted something to purely track my weight, help me see my weight loss statistics, and keep me on track. This hits all the needs and is easy to use and very user friendly.

DON’T DO IT - LOST EVERYTHING AFTER YEARS
I’ve been using happy scale since 2021 for weight management, great app, I love it. Went to open it up today, absolutely NOTHING is there. The app is asking me to create a profile or ‘sync’ but nothing comes up with syncing. Literal years of weight tracking just down the drain AND I’ve been paying. There is no customer support option so I’m just out of luck. I thought this app was superior to MyFitnessPal, you might as well just stick with MyFitness free to track weight because atleast your data will save. I will be happy to change my review after my account information is restored or my YEARS of paying for premium are refunded. Absolutely disgusting guys.

This app keeps me on track. I’m a neat freak with charts and I love this one. It really is worth the time to explore. I can even note neatly how and with what I fell off the wagon. This is the first review I’ve ever done. Five stars. Go for it.

10-Day-Averages Reduces Stress About the Scale
This is an amazing app for weight tracking & goal setting. I’ve used it for years. I love it so much that I transferred my weights one by one from another app going back to 2016 so I could have as much history as possible within Happy Scale. I love the 10-day average—it takes away the feeling of my day being derailed by one jump on the scale. I love the milestones—they are motivational, & it helps to be able to scroll back to see how long it has been since I’ve been at that weight in the past. I love the predictions & how I can see predictions @ current pace as well as the pace I choose/ am working toward. I love this app!
