I’m on a 303 day streak of using the app, and it’s such a good thing. The benefits of having a gratitude practice have been recorded in scientific research, and using the app allows me to record small moments of joy in my day. I love that I can look back and see my journey. Even if you find it hard to stick with things, this is simple and you can do it.

I’ve been using this app for around 9 months. It is excellent- easy to use, effective and I love you can add your own photographs and edit. I also love the artwork and the fact you can build up streaks. Excellent for recording gratitude in an organised but effective way. Love it!
I’ve been using this app daily for about five years and it’s the one app I look forward to opening every day. It’s great for building memories and a habit of gratitude for everyday blessings. The longer you use it the better it gets too as you get fun reminders of what you were doing months or years ago and there’s also a cool feature to make mini movies and a happiness jar that give you a random happy moment for those times when you need it! All in all a brilliant app!

I’ve used HappyFeed for years, it’s my favourite app of them all. The little things are so easy to forget over time, capturing them to look back on makes you realise that your life is so much richer and happier than your brain and memory might have you believe. It’s also helped me capture so many more precious memories in photos as I’m so used to saying to friends or family when I see them that I ‘need to take a photo for HappyFeed’. Highly recommend
The happiness jar should be a jar and a piece of paper comes out of the top with the memory on it and happy feed plus should be free

Love that you can pick photos and emoji to show how you are feeling and what your goals are and love the graphics where you can see your run rate beautiful, thank you for this …. Day 134 loving this app amazing when you look back to see things you have forgotten about and sometimes I think did I write that because you are in the moment and then you forget .
