So I got this for Christmas but it doesn’t work. The clock doesn’t work nor the alarm for that matter. All that works is the lights and the charging (and the music kinda). Your user manual isn’t meant for normal people either, probably aimed towards the dumb people who genuinely keep this stuff. I’m returning this and hope this goes bankrupt.

Impossible to connect device to app. Useless instructions in the box. The instructions didn't even tell me the name of the app. I had to look on Google for that. Very dissapointed

The app does not connect with the product. It needs a “four digit code” that is located NOWHERE on the product. Good luck struggling with it, because the remote doesn’t do its job, and the app is useless. Overall, don’t recommend. Get another brand of LED’s, that work BETTER.
