The idea of convenience is always great – the execution of the convenience – especially with this app/“Service “is another thing entirely. Sometimes it was OK, most of the times it wasn’t. Nearly every single invoice was riddled with overcharges,new charges and corrections and it was very difficult to get resolved. there wasn’t even a price list for all of these extra things. No rules until you learned about them the hard way. I mean $8 for a bag closure fee. you’d get a text that your order was being picked up or delivered and X amount of stops away… 12 hour window. Or you’re the next stop in four hours later you get your order delivered or picked up. Missing clothing, wrecked clothing, holes, bleach spots, stains-not removed, wrinkled stuff – just so much more of a hassle than anything. What a shame.

I’ve been using Happy Nest for many months and I’ve never had an issue. I recommend this service.

Let me save you some time. I signed up to get some peace of mind and help with my laundry. I was given an update in the morning that that I was the 22nd stop. I left the clothes outside since I had errands to run around 7am. It’s about 6:30pm and the clothes were still outside with 2 other stops ahead of me. How do you only have 1 vehicle to do pick ups all over the city? I shouldn’t have to sit home all day then put the clothes out… if that were the case I’d do it all myself and I’m not going to leave the clothes outside all day like that. This lets me know that’s what would happen when they drop off my clothes at a random time. You’re better off finding another service that gives you an exact time for pickup. They charged me a $25 cancelation fee….. that’s fine, but they can’t seem to manage their time and don’t care about clients time so it lets me know they don’t care about my laundry.

I have to say, I thought these reviews were a little off-point but the bad reviews are all true. We just got our first delivery back and it was some of our clothes with a LOT of other folks’ clothes. I’m not even sure we got all of our stuff and I feel bad for whomever’s clothes we just went through to get our stuff out. This was by far not just a bad experience but borderline nightmarish. Please don’t consider this business at all for your laundry needs.

This is the second time they have screwed me first time they delivered half my clothes and half someone else's, and never did anything about it. Now they have had my laundry for three days and it's still isn't scheduled for return! Great business idea but terribly run!

By far the best service I’ve ever had. Super kind and helpful. Always on time and reliable. They communicate and provide the best customer experience!

HappyNest is amazing have used them many times and they have never got anything wrong and they gave been on time every time.

Really not good for the price , and they surprise you with extra charges

Convenient and the only laundry option in my area. But they are expensive (we spend about $800 a month on a family of 5 and we wash our own towels and linens), so many of our clothes haven’t come back, and the instructions for washing and folding are definitely not followed at all. They use whatever soap they want (I know because my son has skin allergies) and whatever temps because so many of my more delicate clothing has been ruined. I’ve been looking for an alternative for a while,

I’ve used happy nest 4 times so far. The first 2 times I did NOT supply my own detergent and my clothes did not have a clean fresh smell at all. It actually smelled like clay….. The last 2 times I DID use my own detergent and it smelt fine. Not as good as if I were to do it myself. But it was better than the last. And I gave them ALOT of detergent the last 2 times and they did not return it so I guess they used it all!???…. So I put 2 and 2 together. Unless u use ur own detergent, ur clothes will smell like clay…. Kind of disappointing .. 😒
