We spent 5 days in New York and used this car service for all our transportation needs. Always on time for reserved trips. All my drivers were safe, courteous, and professional. This service is pre-approved to enter Fort Hamilton. I will use them again when I book my stay.

Trashhhhhhh when the app is more worse than a 90 year old lady with hearing issues you know you need to start from scratch. I’m disgusted and furious with this cab service. Im trying to understand why is this still operating. I mean absolutely horrible service

I just had the pleasure of your drivers driving me into E. 79th St. in Manhattan and then return back to 74th St. in Bay Ridge both drivers were excellent pleasant and knowledgeable about location and I could not be happier thank you. I will call again whatever I need a car.

I called Harbour view for a driver to take me home this evening. When I got to my destination, I explained to the driver that I couldn’t tip him because I didn’t have enough cash to tip him . He took the money that I gave him for the trip and threw it in my face . He used the F word at me . He was very disrespectful and told me go F myself. He isn’t an experienced driver. He almost run a guy over on a bike. He almost had many accidents. He pulled out a cigarette and smoked right in my face . He is the worst and disgusting driver that I’ve ever came across.
