Harbor one Bank has been my bank for over 50 years. I have always received great service. Thank you.

I really wish HarborOne would get it together with this app. Constantly asking me to remember the same device day after day, needing to login up to 3 times in a row before allowing me access, showing error messages along the way. Displaying pending withdrawals as pending credits. Sometimes, it doesn’t even work at all! Seriously leaves so much to be desired, I get increasingly frustrated each day I have to use this app.

Very slow app. Always crashing

This app is SO BUGGY. At least once a week I have to call for assistance and every time am told to uninstall and reinstall as a solution. Also using a brand new phone with updated software.

I have spoke to Harborone about this and still no fix. You have to put in a code so it will remember device. It says device remembered. The next day you have to log in it will forget you and but you through the same process. As someone who uses mobile banking this is extremely frustrating. Besides that the app is great, but that is enough to make me get rid of my account and go to another bank for convenience.

Great app. Easy to navigate. Never a problem!

It has its quirks…for example, every time I log in with my iPad it needs to verify my identity even though it has supposedly saved my device at least 6 times already. Also, when you enter dollar amounts in the bill paying module, it conveniently includes the decimal place for you, but does not have that feature when entering amounts to transfer between accounts. Once in a while it glitches out and I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app, but overall it usually does the job. Almost forgot-electronically depositing checks is a very convenient benefit.

Constantly have to verify my phone. Nearly every.single.time… 😒
