Can’t add my stocks to the watch list. What’s the point of this app ????

Good interface but limited up to date stock and broker data

Interface is very user friendly. However mainly stocks lack sufficient up to date financials, news and broker data (target prices etc) to make informed investment decisions. This way you are always disadvantaged vs for instance someone with Bloomberg access. Also some stocks dont even show a share price chart as data is not available. Would also be useful to see the original price you bought at (rather than total value) and dividends and costs in your income account.

An Invaluable Tool

I have used HL for well over 15 years and they have been and continue to provide a Premium Platform for my International Trading requirements. Their App is exemplary as is their customer Service response. I cannot recommend this organisation highly enough.

Bit glitchy

I like how easy it is to see the details of accounts. However, I’ve found myself unable to send a message or add funds to an ISA using the app recently. Instead I had to go back to the web portal to add funds which worked fine.

Useless app

The markets feature for an entire year now just crashes the app every time you try to view it. None of the details in companies you view ever loads, it just says “data not available” for everything. You can’t view the history of your own stocks or shares purchased - simple details like when you purchased it, how much in fees you’ve paid, the gain or loss over time. The app is totally useless, no point. Just use their desktop online login, because even that doesn’t work on mobile. Outdated company running outdated operations.

Keeps crashing

App keeps crashing since iOS update.

If you can sign in, it’s rubbish

This app would be ok if it didn’t log you out every 5 mins and then force you to log back in using the most complex set of passwords available to man. They stupidly think people can be bothered, they can’t. They would actually make money from this crappy app if they made it available to use. Unfit for purpose. I’m sure the other reviews are from employees..

Other markets

I can’t see enough information on other markets outside the uk, would be good to have a bit more depth within the app

Use T212 instead

App is average with a lot of glitches. Spreads are terrible and fees are high. I would recommend using another platform such as T212. I am currently in the process of transferring my ISA across to them

Tried to write a review but can only write title. Not a good start
