Takes your money even after cancelling
I cancelled my subscription well within her free trial period, yet they are still taking money unauthorised from me! No clear way to get a refund from them either. Do not download this app!!!!
Terrible app
Terrible app, it keeps taking money from my account and and when i dowloaded it they asked for money all over again, and now i paid twice and i cant use this app in order not to pay again loads. We cant even speak with anyone theres no customer center, refund the money u keep taking so i can actually use this app and give u a review
Terrible app
Terrible app, service. I tried to cancel 3 days after purchasing the subscription because it didn't fit me due to being in menopause, they didn't approve my refund and they even charged me for another additional service, saying I had contracted it. After many email exchanges, they gave me another three months of subscription, what do you mean? I don't think they understood that the app is not suitable for people who don't have a menstrual cycle. Terrible service, don't fall for this scam.
