Unable to cancel the order and they charge 20% for return of the product if ever we are not satisfied with the product. We can get best products in the market and also the prices will be lower compared to Harold. Waste of buying products from Harold.

It keep on asking to provide email /phone and address and as soon we validate using otp, it says data already exists and not proceeding. I feel it just data collector app. Better use website.

Unable to login to the app at all. Keeps saying either the number is taken or the email is already taken. Doesn’t go beyond that screen. No option to reach out to support.

I hv ordered chandelier, but sadly received in very poor quality. When I complained about quality they ask additional charges for replacements. And they charge 15% of order amount if you want to return your product due to quality issue. God bless them !

He has given time to time delivery and installing his Mr Vikram electrician person have friendly and good person, so after completion of work this chandelier nice looking 👍🏻👍🏻
