Gaming is fine, customer service and withdrawal process is a nightmare. They asked me if verify my payment/withdrawal info which I did - sent bank statements, multiple copies of debit cards, etc. and then told me I needed to send verification for a card I didn't even have on file or have altogether. Makes no sense. I still haven't been able to retrieve the money. Don't waste your time!

I did my first deposit , it was so easy to do my first deposit , then I won 120$ in a game that was like 3 months ago and still have not received it . They asked me for a picture of my debit card , a picture of my account with my routing number and account number , then I asked if they can just send it trough check to the address that I put down and I never got a response back . They will take your money but will never let you take your winnings .

Can’t find a tab to check on withdrawals or deposit history. No live table games so you basically are only playing against a computer. Not as easy to use or flexible like other online casinos.

I don’t win here to often I have won a few times its ok, I like the selection of games and promos are decent, however withdrawing your money takes way to long, all of the casinos are pretty fast ALOT are just about instant , there’s a couple that take a day or 2 but Harrahs seems to take the longest, if all other casinos can process your money fast why can’t Harrahs. They love to take your money, but they will not give it to you when you win. Beware of this site it will not pay out. I've been waiting five days for my money and there isn't even a phone number to call. Getting ready to contact the Better Business Bureau. Also, love the sites that give you bonuses and then you win nothing. Places like this shouldn't call it gambling they should simply call it stealing.

It’s the worse casino on line when it comes to making withdrawals of your winnings. I was told that I couldn’t withdraw until I updated my enrollment and I called twice said everything was good and I can attempt the withdrawal again and all I keep is getting emails saying that it was declined.
