The app will not take my e-mail.

It doesn’t post store hours and mobile browser redirects to the mobile app, so store hours are a mystery! I guess we haven’t figured out how to telecommunicate store hours to customers!

This app is a complete failure. Want to look up a product? There’s a crash for that. Rather than make a useful app that helps you find the prices for items and their location in the store, this just follows the trend of forcing you to register an account so they can SPAM / track you. Save yourself some time and frustration.

They need to hire a full time dev team. Both my Harris teeter and king soopers apps are extremely buggy. Oftentimes I can’t check out because a page will repeat itself over and over and there’s just no use in using the app. You’d think with all of the money they have, they’d have a usable app.

This app is the worst. It constantly refreshes when switching between another app (like your grocery list.) You can't purchase meat on it and you have to go in the store and shop for that. What's the point of shopping in the app if I still have to go in and buy the meat?

The app is not good. To view the weekly ad, one has to click on the 3 bars, then click the link weekly ad and that goes to a webpage that shows the flyer format. If one click to add or go to the cart (which now shows nothing), one has to sign on, because it takes you from the app to a webpage. The weekly flyer should be visible in the app as well. Adding items to your p/u list should not be a scavenger hunt.

Love the store but this app is difficult to navigate when trying to shop for items. It’s like a middle schooler developed this app. Other grocery store apps are better than this. Could give it zero stars if I had the option.

Can’t place a pickup order because it endlessly asks me to choose the store. I choose the store. It asks me to choose the store. I choose the store. It asks me to choose the store. Also logs me out constantly. A mess.
