I have had a lot of trouble accessing the online version of the paper. In spite of having a subscription I am often refused access. It’s frustrating !

I don’t know what you have done with the last update but it is terrible! The “view all pages” option is gone. The paper doesn’t fit my iPad screen anymore. Please fix!
Breaking news section hasn’t worked for months. Paying for home subscription, but no paper. Customer service is located in Asia and they just lie and say the paper will come but it never does.

The breaking news tabs does not load. Has not worked for over a years and still has not been fixed with updates.
Talk about a shell game, try and figure out this billing system. They keep adding the cost of “special issues” which reduces your paid to date. Paper has gone down hill and most articles are just wire services reports. No objective reporting as they told us the border was secure and Biden had no cognitive decline the last 4 years. Going to cancel this paper once paid to date is reached. Based on the significant drop in readers over the last 10 years we are not the only ones.
How on earth does the breaking news tab still not work?
Please put landscape edition back. This newspaper is totally biased. Totally democratic in every way.
I am a subscriber for more then ten years! Why then can’t I get the internet issues?
Gave up on print subscription which costs over $2000/yr for 7 days a week in favor of online. Your app is horrible, almost unreadable. Pop up ads which cannot be blocked, in-line videos make the app and website useless. Sometimes cannot log in and therefore can’t read articles I AM PAYING FOR. ABSOLUTELY A PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICE……HOW DO YOU CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR APPS AND SUBSCRIPTION THAT NEVER, EVER WORKS AS IT SHOULD? THIEVES.
