Visited store in Naas this afternoon and originally began by connecting phone via cable - disaster. Very helpful assistant - Victoria - showed me how to download app, choose only the two photos I wanted to print, send them to photo booth via WiFi and wait 5 mins. Victoria then mounted both photos in frame I’d chosen and I was done. Excellent service.

Absolutely atrocious system. Spent 10 mins selecting photos I wanted printed only for the system to kick me three times and having to reselect the photos each time, and couldn’t get them in the end. Useless.

Happily take your money, but give no indication of delivery. The number on the contact us section puts you through to some poor guy on the shop floor in Dublin - nothing to do with the photo printing. And neither the number nor the email address are selectable or tapable actions - they expect people to copy the number instead of call through the app. An attempt to deter complaints I assume

Didn’t use it in the end as had to set up a PayPal account. Please add Apple Pay and at least a simple method to add credit card details.

Either not working or takes ages to connect in store. Have not been able to print photos the last three times I’ve gone there!

Awful app. Crashes constantly.
