This is awake up call
I have been using your app for 2 years now. I must say it is decent, no hiccups or anything that seems to malfunction whatsoever. HOWEVER, there are many things I need to point out 1.) Your feedback/concern tab is useless. I have submitted feedbacks since 2022 and NOBODY read them. It remains as “to be processed” despite “prompting” again and again. 2.) I would like to be able to copy multiple remote codes from a universal wifi IR remote to multiple new ones. For example, I have an air conditioner in my room that is the same model in different rooms of the house. I do not want nor should have the need to copy the same remote codes manually over and over and over and over and over again. It should just be as simple as “copy existing remote codes”. Same goes with if I break a wifi remote, I don’t want to have to re-input the existing remotes. That is so inconvenient. I would rather have it migrate seamlessly. 3.) The app, as nice as it is, should have easier navigation options. The scrolling appears to be sticky, the swiping to “edit” often registers as a click instead of a swipe. In fact, you should have the option to copy the codes/ remote contents/ devices by a long press or a swipe. Please work on this, otherwise, will be migrating back to Tuya which is a shame because I find your design easier on the eyes
