Terrible app it will not connect to my Wi-Fi after multiple repeated attempts. Wish I never bought their product.

App stop working remotely Can’t control from iPhone, tablet or computer Says online when in fact system is unplugged from power source When plug bac in lights stay on no response to phone or tablet

I am a lighting contractor in Florida that installs several manufacturers’ smart lighting systems. Haven’s app is by far the most user-friendly and intuitive apps on the market, bar none. The ability to take a picture of the areas of illumination and controlling lights from that picture is a game changer! Quick, efficient controls makes my life as an installer super easy! Haven Lighting is the industry leader in the low voltage, smart lighting space for a reason!!

App continuously crashes or won’t load at all. Haven’t been able to use it to control my lights for over a month now!

Please fix the app from crashing. Must be something with the new iOS update

Tried to download numerous times but it won’t stay active. It opens and immediately closes. Help!
