Zelle doesn’t work
Signed up for Zelle at the bank. They sent an email saying I was enrolled. Now in the app there’s TWO menu options that say Send Money with Zelle. Neither of them work.

Signed up for Zelle at the bank. They sent an email saying I was enrolled. Now in the app there’s TWO menu options that say Send Money with Zelle. Neither of them work.
This app consistently refuses to load and just sits there and spins. You cannot update the bill pay portion of this app. It’s extremely frustrating and will cause me to change banks. I have other banks, and thier apps work just fine.
I don’t have IOS 13. So can’t install upgrade and now my current app doesn’t work either...
This update is for a minimum iOS 13. My business iPhone 6 which still works fine is iOS 12. Now I can’t update or log in to check my Business account. Thanks ID10T developer.
Cannot mobile deposit checks with this recent version of the app, couldn’t mobile deposit with the previous version either. Cannot even edit your basic account information or view statements.
I don’t hate it. I don’t love it. It’ll do what it has to do..... most of the time.
App functions basically. I’ve had other banking apps like Wells Fargo which is incomparably better. For basis needs of a banking app, this has you covered. Each time I try to deposit a check through this app, it crashes. Would love an app update as this is my main bank now!
app locks out way too easily and frequently without any other way to get in other than calling the bank
Why do they update and screw up our apps? I had to go through safari today to pay my bills. This update, done four days ago, does not allow bill payments to complete — you can enter an amount and date but that is the end of it. I had to get phone support and they didn’t mention the update, they did walk me thru the bill payment on safari but that is not and was not the problem. My app is already updated but this update has a problem so why are we wasting time? Why doesn’t the bank send a message telling us they just put out an update? No wonder they have high call volume. I would switch banks but I prefer a credit union.
I tried doing the transfers but when it goes through it doesn’t show up. It still says the same. I tried logging out and logging back in it’s still the same.
