Tried on iPhone IOS 18, and when you select a size and save the selection, the filter doesn’t apply, not selecting the category. Can you fix the remaining bugs so the app actually works? I’d shop online but the website is laggy and there is no option to save items onto an account (at least on mobile), so I just can’t shop however much I’d like to.

Filters do not work and products not organized well , website is much better. When selecting filter from the drip down menu it does not actually perform the filtering. What makes it worse is when looking for shirts without this filter function they aren’t organized properly so I can’t find the section of shirts I want to buy. Use the website instead. Their products are very good and high quality, so it’s a shame the app doesn’t work well. Use the website instead.

Buying through app is straight forward and easy, but the search does not bring out all the results. I could not search for travel shirts in app. I hope it will be improved as i regularly buy your shirts.

This is one of those ‘legacy’ issues where the app doesn’t display the right way up. Those with Magic Keyboards, or who just like to use their iPads largely in Landscape are frustrated by situations like this. I didn’t think Apps still did this. It’s a shame as the odd impulse buy from on of my favourite shops would certainly be more encouraged if this one issue were tackled.

The one bad thing about the app that there’s no option to check the previous perches. You have to switch to the website version

Very quick service despite the Xmas New Year hols, great quality shirts and knitwear received at great value for money.

My favourite brand.. everything is good but I couldn’t find the option of click and collect from nearest store while checking out from app this time.. don’t know why this option has been removed.. end up paying £5 for postage.. overall awesome stuff and best fitting of all the clothing .. Thumbs up to H&C
