Convert feature fails on iPhone 15 pro max.

I hope this finds you well, I’ve experienced a flaky behaviour in the IOS version of the app. I am unable to download any document and I’ve been prompted for an update for the app but when I accept the update I am routed to a developer version of the app with no update.

Why it is talking Too much time in Redeeming Amount

Current realization and redemption is very slow. App does not give you weekly and monthly or yearly insights of funds. No graphs and attractive visualizations. Below market etc pages are very slow and do not load most of the times.

To many bugs in the app, invalid information, invalid balance, can invest but can't withdraw

This is probably the worst super slow app I have ever used, just a basic app but takes 2-3 minutes to login. Please change your app development partners HBL!

App crashes when we reach step 2 of the sign up process (for both types of signups)- using latest version of iOS on iPhone 13 - useless app for new customer

I tried multiple times to create account using my phone app (Iphone 13 Pro). The app collapses while I try to go to next page after entering details. If you claim to be a digital bank, you should never have such glitches.

The app keeps asking for an update whereas there is no update available atm. Secondly while redeeming an error pops up asking to try again later. This has been happening for the past 2 days now. This error has occurred in the past as well.
