Paid to access the live stream of Adelaide Equestrian Festival and it dropped out completely missing the 4* and 5* finals sj events. So very disappointing.

Coverage of Show Jumping NOT working

After the recent app update I was no longer able to access any of the shows, even after upping my monthly subscription and since the update you’re no longer able to stream the shows to the tv which is very disappointing. After contacting the support team and getting no response I canceled my subscription as I can’t watch the shows anyway and don’t want to waste more time and money.

This app has been through so many versions but none is an improvement and the latest update is far worse than the previous!! Click on disciplines and nothing comes up, pay for a subscription but some content doesn’t play, no personal record of what you have or haven’t watched, cant see full titles so hard to know what order to play in, freezes on certain pages. Very disappointed by this low standard given the expense of the subscription. Will be cancelling my subscription in favour of fei or clip my horse.

Dislike that the pages are set in portrait mode, limits visibility to options and makes finding things really difficult. Then jumps to landscape when a programme is accessed so annoying to keep moving phone/iPad around. The link to one’s account settings does not work so can’t access them. Archived live events are sorted oldest to newest which makes finding recent events cumbersome and time consuming does not appear to have a search function. Unlike the old app, there is no countdown or indication as to when the live event will commence, the whole thing is difficult to navigate. Can’t see that there is any improvement at all, the old format worked much better! I would suggest changing the home page to use portrait and landscape, introducing search, and sorting programmes from newest to oldest. Also fix the account access please.

UI is easier to find your way around and watch again was loaded quicker for Maryland 5 star. However I would like to see a message on live streaming page saying when the watch again will be available so I can confidently not get up at 4am to watch live.

I hate when events stream with this company as ever since it has been created it continues to disappoint. They never improve on criticism and their coverage is awful! Live events usually have issues with the stream, you also can't pause or rewind and if you want to rewatch the live you have to wait days if not weeks for the footage to be uploaded compared to other services that are either available immediately or within hours. Advertising is terrible, I question whether they are even streaming events because they are so hard to find. It's just a service that had so much potential but has failed to get any better and I'm hopeful another stream will soon come in and take over as it wouldn't be hard. Maybe FEI.tv can get some more rights because when they stream, it's flawless! I dread each time H&C managed to get rights to stream an event! Apart from the lives, some content is good but it's few and far between. A lot of old stuff but also hard to navigate and find new things to watch.

There is potential here with good content when it works but it is very unstable, difficult to search and content disappears too quickly after events. It will regularly crash for big events and you can’t to back to previous years events to watch replays. Poor execution ruins something that could be great.

Good content generally, but searching for events and series is really tricky. Often have problems with my subscription and need to log out or delete the app and reinstall- more than once. Could be much improved...

You can’t even log in to your paid account. Waste of money.
