How do you even work it? It won’t even let me sign in it’s confusing!

Company Shortname Required! This app requires a company shortname, which is a unique company identifier which you can get from your company administrator.
Tada! The new HCMtoGo mobile app is here! Before you jump in and download it be sure to take a look at the following.
*IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR NEW HCMtoGO USERS*
BEFORE YOU LOGIN - employees and managers:
• If your administrator has not setup the new HCMtoGO app for your organization, you will NOT be able to get access. Please check with your manager or company admin to get access to the new app.
• When logging in with HCMtoGO you will need to select the region you are using as well as the Company Shortname (The unique Identification number your company administrator needs to provide to you.)
• After you enter that information you will be prompted to enter in your Company, Username, and Password. If you get stuck on this your COMPANY ADMIN can help you out.
• Companies need to be using approval workflows to process To Do Items.
• Supported Timesheet Profiles are Bulk Hours and Start/End (All Days) only.
• Administrator should provide their company’s Short Name to users for login.
Now that you are ready to join HCMtoGO here are some of the awesome things you can do within the new app to enhance your human resource needs:
• Check and/or edit your timesheets for accuracy
• Submit and view time off requests
• Check vacation/sick balances
• Enroll in benefits and view existing benefits
• Check your schedule
• View pay stubs and manage direct deposits.
• Check your schedule and, if enabled, swap shifts with peers
Your employer must have the HCMtoGO software configured for mobile use. Contact your system administrator for more details.
Key things to know as an administrator:
• Users need to have permission to access the new app via their security profile.
• Users need to be permissioned to have access via their UI Preferences widget within their security profile.
• Companies need to be using approval workflows to process To Do Items.
• Supported Timesheet Profiles are Bulk Hours and Start/End (All Days) only.
• Administrator should provide their company’s Short Name to users for login.
• Basic Authentication with SSO is not currently supported

Pay Statements? Where are you?
Where did the pay statements go? They must’ve disappeared during an update. Booooo
can’t clock in or out
i can’t clock in or out, i can view my timesheet but i have to ask my boss to edit it for when i work
Doesn’t work
This app doesn’t work. It opens up browser but says to download the app even though I have it downloaded. You need to fix the coding on the backend of your software because this is the worst experience with an app.
401k
App keeps freezing I clicked on the 401k video and every time I exit it out I get logged out of my account and can’t check my timecards
The worst
I currently use this app for work (600 mil a year)and we are soon to leave it in the dust where it belongs. It is so trash and has too many glitches. Stay far far away from this one.
Awful. Avoid this app.
Unfortunately I am forced to use this app for payroll because it is what my company uses. The app does not work most of the time. Good luck logging in. Absolute junk.
Lock out all time
I’m go on the app all the time I’ve going on my first time alway getting lock out.Tri to get in it for second time always lock out call administrator she lock I again seem I can’t never can get on it.my son has same app and phone and phones carrie he has no problem I delete my phone app and shut it off still the same thing.
Dismal
Constantly having to deal with app telling my staff -most of whom use Face ID to login -that their password is wrong. Resetting password is almost impossible. It’s slow and clunky and doesn’t work well.
Password reset
WHY when i go to change my password because i clearly FORGOT it…it won’t let me change it without knowing my old one?? I need a solution immediately. My account keeps getting locked.
