Hey, the app doesn’t show your loan information such as tenure remaining or balance payments and also don’t have option to foreclose it, pathetic app, please include these basic functions. Thanks

why the app in my iphone 12 mini showing that phone is jailbroken.I bought it from authorized UAE apple store.&no third party app is downloaded.all indian banking app working except This App.Plz fix the issue.request to app developer and apple.

Work very well, simple to login with user name and password. Very easy to check the detail. Best part is you can simply check the interest. Easy to raise query

This app is in Kindergarten level, not working properly, not getting logged in, simply showing no internet connection. Not expected this from HDFC brand. Need to improve alot

This is never up to the standards of the brand. Not at all user friendly. And the data also non reliable

Don’t prefer top up loan from HDFC bank. They are closing loan application without applicant’s information.

This app is good to monitor however it does not give my principal outstanding details. Also there is no option to make a prepayment option like the other apps have. I can see that other banks like SBI , icici gives option to prepay online , but this app does not give an option to make a prepayment

Login doesn’t work in this app consistently. Even after registering with both moon and biometric it keeps taking you to registration screen. Once when logged in (inside the branch) after complaining at the branch the data that the customer can use is very limited and not very useful. It’s annoying to see no useful insight even if the login issue is fixed.

Outstanding amount feature is available but it is not showing actual figures . I couldn’t see projected/remaining amount. Also request you to introduce the feature to know Actual principle and interest amount in each EMI transaction.
