I can’t connect from another wifi or mobile data it says invalid id. Only if I’m in the same wifi network i can access. I can’t access from mobile data. It’s says invalid id. Please help me fix the problem. Please fix your app problem

Would not connect to WiFi and all of the instruction were in Japanese. I could not connect at to my phone or the WiFi and the app is worthless it had to many ads in it.

Finally deleted the camera and started fresh; can only manually install it and as soon as it finishes, it simply says invalid id; tried manually and with qr code; no different.

Never inform that only use 2.4G WiFi. It was misleading the product and be careful, scam. Very surprise the Amazon associates with this third party group. No star

Is there another app compatible to this one? If so which one. I can’t fast forward or rewind, and it would be nice to be able to enhance audio block out background noise and make louder more clearer. And get rid of the app co wrong ads! What’s up that? Just started doing this . I need an alternative app please?

If you want a webcam that’s as good as 1994 technology then this is for you. It’s slow, quality is garbage. Actually I have an old USB webcam in a box in the garage that has better quality than this.

I am very disappointed in this product. First of all they want $39 per month for camra ( that barely works) services . I bought and paid for the camera itself. I should have the option to use it without having to pay for a monthly subscription.
