Headspace: Sleep & Meditation

Only downside is that sleep casts are unavailable for download ( when no phone signal ) Please sort this issue.

This app is terrible, there are literally no free features available, online if you start a free trial then expecting you to pay the membership!

So glad to have Headspace, it’s a great tool for the mind, I find it very helpful.

After the purchase for whole year the app not working, all i can see it's a black screen when trying to play any of the meditations.On IPhone 14 pro max, have trying to update it and reinstall nothing helps.Depleting and claiming the refund

I've tried each and every one of the highest rated apps for guided meditation and none of them compare to Headspace. It's UI is excellent. The range of meditations & movements is incomparable without being overwhelming. Andy has taught me skills no other meditation ever could, he's warm & welcoming voice is excellent at conveying concepts which have stuck with me for years now.

i saw an ad of headspace and it was a bunch of deep breaths which i loved so i downloaded it. came to see that the only thing available without a membership is ads! not one thing is available. disappointing because i always saw this company as some people looking to help others not just a plain money hungry one

Headspace is a great app especially for before bed when I’m stressed which is a lot of the time, it helps me to relax, wind down and make me sleepy doing the listening sleep exercises/ wind downs, I would just love if they added more of these wind downs / exercises! Also it’s a bit expensive I’d like them to make it a bit cheaper. They also have some good meditations and 3d soundscapes which are sounds from nature like rain, a river or a storm. Great app in general. Would definitely recommend!

This app has so many resources for mental health that sometimes it can be hard to know where to begin. Best way is to just dive in and try things and go from there. Andy’s voice is extremely relaxing to listen to. I think there’s something for everyone here
