Make you accidentally purchase sth expensive than subscription It was my first time that I’ve got accidentally paid like this and this is more difficult than cancel the subscription.
I do not have the app with me, and neither does my apple subscription has its record on it but it took away around $40 from my bank account. I have no idea where to claim it to.
By cancelation it said its not going to me charged at all, but it seems like it still does. I mailed about it and please reply back with full refund..!!! I did not use and i do not want to use this app.
It would be good to be able to change the voice for each book. The summary is fine , but the content is something to work on. Too general.

A simple way to learn more every day
The app keeps crashing as soon as it turns on. It was working well, then it bounced off, and I re-installed the app several times, but it's still like that. It's only on my iPad. I paid for a one-year subscription, why is it like this?
With my initial subscription, I was "asked" for an opinion rather than purchase, if I would like something and I clicked "yes" to quickly proceed to using the actual service. Later I found that all the questions were for paying purchases and I was charged over USD50. I thought since I'd did say "yes", I should just make use of the purchased products. However, I can't find the products anywhere within the app and haven't received any emails of contact delivering them. I have sent two support requests in the past month and have not received a reply. Summary: 1. Dubiously charges for products that you probably hadn't noticed were being sold. 2. Does not deliver the dubiously sold products. 3. Does not respond to related support requests.
