Participating in a work step challenge and it’s super fun!

There are flaws with the functionality of the Health Advocate app! For example, when working through a workshop there are embedded links in the chapters. Quite frequently when you click on the link it takes you to a webpage for more resources. However when you want to go back to the workshop to continue reading the chapter there is no return button. The only way back is to delete the app altogether. Very frustrating!

I haven't been able to login to the app once in the past few months. I've even changed my password. Login works flawlessly on the website however.

The new look of the app and website is great. I am able to find so many resources that I was not aware of before. Thanks for making this so easy.

They “updated” but now the app doesn’t integrate w apple health and the user interface for the health tracker is much worse. Horrible experience.

But the app keeps telling me it’s wrong. Horrible. Deleted the app. Started over. Again, I KNOW my login and password is corrrsct, it works on my PC but the app just chokes.

App constantly locks up and loses password frequently restricting easy access.

App constantly crashes (currently cannot even log in, and this is after the 7.0 upgrade to improve log in). When I was in the app a few minutes ago, the quizzes were not formatted to a mobile screen. It’s impossible to scroll left and right to see a full question or continue buttons. I like the information and help health advocate provides, but i’m not likely to use it if i have to find a computer to use it.

app consistently freezes when trying to choose a plan, not only with my plan but also when selecting the “other” from the drop-down, it just crashes. I’ve seen all the reviews about crashes, but I usually attribute them to older versions or people who aren’t technologically savvy, but this app is useless because I have the latest update to my iOS and the developers just can’t seem to get this app working correctly based on the number of horrible reviews. And if a developer is reading this, I am sending this review to my company, and to the insurance companies that you work with, so it’s time to get your act together.

I’ve given the 5 star rating without first having any experiences with the company or app yet. If necessary I will reassess and edit but I’m sincerely hoping that my high hopes and newfound comfort is only strengthened as we move forward as I have only just signed up 5 mins ago and have never utilized the type of services offered here. However, right away I’m going to be taking advantage of this perk offered to me by my job. I honestly can’t think of a single working adult I know who could say this wouldn’t be a helpful, time saving aid. But…. Maybe it’s a personality typing coming out here or some other complexity of my makeup, but to me it’s a sense of security to know that I have someone in my corner. Not having any family Per say or really feeling close enough to talk about some things about my Private health with the people I am closer to this makes it possible for me to still have somebody I know that is on my side and who literally has my well-being as their job.
