Useless App
There is no absolute point to use this app unless you want to make an appointment 1 month later… if I am sick and wants to see a doctor, I cannot use this app at all because the appointment dates are at least 1 month later!! How ridiculous is this? What is the point of this app then?
Lousy app
Request to login with SingPass but never get link at all. Wasting time for attempting. Please don’t disgrace the app link, it’s annoying! Thank you

Previously we can upload invoice for printing or save to external devices now is impossible to upload further more no option to log out Please reply my comments

I cannot register for my appointment this morning. There is no option in the app at all.
App is bias against IOS
It is 2024 and the developer is still struggling with IOS. Unable to download Documents. Lots of restrictions for IOS. Just change your developer.
Error 16
Hi, may i know is there an issue with the apps? I unable log in and there is the “error 16 prompt appear”. Can someone help?
A must have app to live with
A necessary tool to keep track of medical appointments and our medical health. In addition, it has a lot of interesting health topics to improve our knowledge.
Unable to sign in with singpass
when trying to log in to the app using singpass, there was a message page saying "Error 16.. access denied.... What happened? This request was blocked by our security service." Never faced such an issue before. Please fix this issue.. I am unable to log in at all to do payments and to make appointments.
The Singpass face verification keep loading and unable to proceed
