I find this app great for what I call my cellular respiration to stay healthy by making ATP currency as energy for body functions. I have not used any advance levels yet, I have shared it with many of my Yogi friends who liked it. Excellent App

Excellent app. Sound options are great. Would be nice to have an option for number of rounds rather than just a time setting. Also, possibly increase ratio past inhale of 6?

I really like this app. I use it before bed and it really helps me leave the day's stress behind and sleep well. I also like that I can use it in a quiet meditative environment or use it to guide my breathing while I'm doing other things.
