Terrible service, received two phone calls on separate occasions and both times was advised to book an appointment with my GP. The first call was understandable why they needed to physically assess me but the second time was for a sore throat!. Absolute shambles!. If I needed advice I would have googled it Don’t waste your money!

Please code you app to use the functionality that will initiate a suggested strong password when we first register with the app. Otherwise you are encouraging people to use a simple insecure easy to remember password.

Used twice, both times ‘out of hours’ and both times received a call from a GP within 1/2 hour. Prescription text to my phone and picked up at my local Boots all before my GP practice phone lines even opened
