This app has never worked for me.

If you have trouble using the Face ID feature just delete and reinstall the app. App works perfectly now.

For the past 1+ the add this to my calendar button for my iPhone has not worked. I see 7mo ago they “fixed the bug” but nothing is fixed..

I got this app because I have a lot of doctors appointments to keep up with, but I might as well just write them all down and keep the dates on my calendar. This app is slow. It never updates with any of my information. Going through messages when I do finally get them is impossible. The messages never open and when they do, it’s a blank screen. And trying to delete messages you might as well forget about because it takes ages.

The app is not user friendly nor intuitive. Make the three line icon bigger or change it entirely. I cannot answer the question for why to schedule an appointment. The Covid assessment tool is in the way to proceed through forms on the app sometimes. I’m unable to view all past appointments which makes it easier to schedule with a preferred past provider. Honestly, just hire someone who will also make it prettier. It does not look like it was made professionally. All the issues make me just want to call to schedule which offices wouldn’t prefer. Ideas: make it interface with Apple health and provider systems so they can access data about our health, make it so provider notes are on a database accessible by this app so we can show ourselves, future nurses and doctors our medical history more simply. These are just a few thoughts.

Full of glitches and bugs.

A company as large as Cerner should be able to do better. This app is not easy to use. I have a badge notification of “1”, and after 30 minutes of looking, I still couldn’t figure out why it was there. I had to uninstall the app to get it to go away.

Easy to use. All my info is available. Easy to reach out to my healthcare team.

When trying to open the app, I just get the loading screen and it never opens.

Basically just a waste of an app because it's just an access point for a poorly designed mobile web portal. Save a bookmark to your home screen instead!
