Worst App & Customer service!!!
This app never answered any of my inquiries. The “Contact Us” button in their app leads you to their CS in messenger but never answer!!! Their “Consult Now” feature will let you wait for as long eternity! (I waited more than 1 hour one time and 45+ minutes the next) The third time I used this app, a doctor attended my son. The consultation went normal and the doctor asks for my email for the prescription. After waiting for hours/days, I didn’t receive any prescription. So for the third time I paid for NO RESULT at all. The fourth time, I tried their “Consult Later” feature as there are specific doctors you can choose from, with picture, specialty & years of experience so I thought this would be okay this time. After entering the consultation room 5 minutes before my schedule, I waited for more than 15 minutes any no doctor entered the room. I pushed the back button to check if there are other options or maybe I’m waiting in a wrong room but when I was about to re-enter the consultation room, I can’t as there’s no more button to enter. My experience with this app was a nightmare! I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am with their CS, accredited doctors, app development and everything about this app is frustrating. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!
