After using the app for a year, I’d. Cancelled my subscription. I was offered a limited offer of £5.99 if I signed up within 2 hours, obviously I signed up there and then, and was charged the full amount of £59.99. Asked for a refund for it to be rejected though I have the screenshots of the offer at the time of purchase. I would like to be contacted and a full refund offered.
I’ve used the app for a while but my previous subscription lapsed. I remember the app being great. Having purchased an Apple Watch and started using more of an Apple eco system, I was tempted by an offer for subscription at 5.99. When I accepted - end up I was charged 59.99. This includes a whole load of bundled stuff I don’t need. No response when contacting support for extra amount to be refunded. Beware when subscribing!
Shame there is no iPad app.
i like everything except for the wiget. i use it track my weight over the last month but right now there is no scale on the wiget to give me a sense of where my weight is going, only the relative trend. Also, it would be amazing to filter out 0 data for days when i forget to weigh myself as this completely eliminates any perceived changes in weight. otherwise amazing! will buy full time when these changes are added
I’ve enjoyed the app so when the new year 90% off offer appeared for premium I decided to purchase. Except I got charged the full amount and haven’t been able to contact anyone to resolve it. So am feeling pretty conned right now and seriously out of pocket.
Liking the app especially the many options of what to display. However, the widgets don’t seem to refresh unless you open the app. Sent a message but no one has replied yet. Please fix this!

I would not recommend to anyone this app, it’s totally waist of money! It’s not worth a time! Half of the things you need to enter manually, the app doesn’t calculate itself what is the point having it? One third it’s useless to me . Therefore one third I actually use it free anyway basically paying for upgrade it’s misleading. Awful!!!
