Products are good. But the app is so so slow. It takes almost 20 minutes to place an order every week

Have been regular customer of healthy Buddha for many years. App is completely unsatisfactory. It is extremely slow, things that you add to the cart, shows added there but doesn’t actually get added, due to this item delivery gets missed. Another issue is that even after order is placed, it doesn’t clear the cart. So when you are starting new order, you have to go and manually clear the cart, else risk duplication of delivery

I ordered Banganapalli mangoes from the Healthy Buddha website last week, and they arrived fresh and tasty . Easily the best one i have had this season.

Absolutely love their products! As far as I remember, they were the first ones to start delivering organic produce in Bangalore and they are still my go to place for anything chemical free.

One year back the OTP never worked for both mobile and email. Tried installing again and unsuccessfully tried to login via OTP option which never came. Also recall frequent payment issues which are clearly not limited to myself. Too bad !

Looks like they have retired their iOS app, everytime i open the app even afyer killing it, I get the same message. Something went wrong.

Performance, payment issues and order issues are rampant in this app. It’s frustrating to order via the app that is just not working properly for iOS .

Hello Gautam, This IOS app initiative is good and nice intuitive design and workflow. Since this app is revenue generating b2c model pls create performance, optimisation and fix the bugs. This app not mapping exactly with web app options. Checkout cart and saved list are slow and having bugs. Cant see Zen membership due date or renewal options etc.

Hi, The quantities in Checkout cart sometimes does not change nor delete. Had to select the item in search and then modify the count. Also, if added to cart and then clicking previous screen, it takes to login page again - instead it should warn users that items are in cart or retain the cart on login again. In my case, the quantities got doubled!
