Every time i open the app the earned points changes sometimes higher then other times lower. Even if I reached the gold level when I purchased at their store it goes back to a lower level. Thus the discount for gold member cannot be availed.

It’s very frustrating that the app’s not working. Tried to reinstall the app to see if there will be changes but it just got worse as I can no longer log in my account.

Your App keeps on crashing. I cannot log in

Keeps on crashing and doesnt update points since first usage of qr code. I deleted and downloaded again and i cannot log in even if i reset password

As of writing this review, July 15, 2024, the last points update was on Mar 31, 2024.

Tried card and gcash. None works

How to register my new account?

Its been three days since I availed membership and register it via mobile app, but it wont allow me to activate my membership…. Very frustrating.

Wow this app is outright bad and unusable!

I'm using iPhone and items in the drop-down list for gender, marital status, province, and city are not showing. I have to blindly scroll on the list until I can get the correct item.
