A bought the full app a few weeks ago and found it does exactly what I needed. Just came to use it again though, and it demanded another £1.99 (for upgrades) if I wanted to listen again (unless I waited for a couple of minutes). I was happy with what I paid for originally so forced upgrades is not fair.
This is great but you get a slight delay which takes some getting use to, but as it is a lot cheaper then other apps I can live with that.
This app was installed for me as I became very hard of hearing very suddenly afet3 days in Marie Curie hospice. I had a very severe chest infection which spread rapidly into my ears and throat. The app,was installed and my hearing improved. When I don’t have this app on I just can’t hear anything or I struggle with hearing. I highly recommend this app, not for deaf people but for hard of hearing. It’s been a godsend to me , and will suffice until my appointments with the audiologist.
It does not work well
App works fine but to get all the necessary features you have to pay for each upgrade separately, it’s £3.49 just to get the tone control (equalizer), you pay again to record without post operation pauses etc. Fine if you are rich but if cheaper booster/recorders elsewhere that have all the features included. Disappointing.
I originally had a problem with this app. not working. This was resolved by their excellent tech staff. My problem was caused by using a lightning to 3.5mmm. Headphone Jack adaptor on my iPhone 11 with wired headphones. Using an old iPad with an inbuilt 3.5mmm. Jack point and wired headphones solved the problem. Obviously the iPhone adaptors do not work with this app. Many thanks Gary.

Rubbish app. The sound quality was decent before I purchased the app but now all I hear is feedback. I use a headset but still the same issue. I don’t hear feedback with other apps that use a microphone. They are probably trying to find ways to push people To upgrade. I want a refund what is the point of the app is all i get is feedback. Avoid! Do not purchase. App will only work for a few days and when I tried to find ways to fix it it kept pushing me to upgrade for more money.
Totally useless will not consider the supplier again
Ok, last amendment: According to the developer I don’t understand audio feedback…actually I understand it very well but here are the facts: 1. Your app works with WIRED headphones (without a mic) - I don’t own such a pointless object. 2. Your app apparently works with Bluetooth speakers - no it does not! You get howl unless you turn the volume down which makes it pointless. You should state - ONLY use with headphones and change your logo. It is misleading. Alternatively, keep your misleading logo and vague description BUT instantly refund those who buy it to amplify their music beyond max with Bluetooth speakers. Now, I will not respond again but I have revised my review as follows: DO NOT BUY THIS APP unless you are using wired headphones without a mic - which is virtually no-one!
