I cannot get into a chat no matter how long I wait. The screen where you choose your type of chat appears always to show the same number of people chatting in each category, like a mock-up. I joined using a code so it’s free, but if that simply doesn’t give me actual access, strange that I haven’t been prompted to pay for an “upgrade”.

I tried this app because I wanted someone to talk to. Unfortunately I felt a lot worse after speaking to two different listeners. I felt judged and like I was stupid. Disappointed with my experience but I’m glad there was a free trial before I spent money on this app.

This is an amazing Mental Health support app. Everyone should try it out!! I feel much better after one session. We all just need to be heard sometimes. It feels very good to talk to someone that can give a new perspective. Highly recommended for anyone that is struggling mentally!!

It’s so sad that either takes far too long to get anyone or they just don’t answer me. What’s the deal?! Deleting app!

I love chatting with HearMe listener Gaye… she’s amazing! You get to talk to listeners from around the world, at any time of day! I hop on whenever I’m stressed, angry, alone, or upset. The listeners are so warm and inviting. HearMe is the best! I cannot wait to see what they think of next!! :)

It looks free but you have to have a subscription to use the app. No i am not doing a free trial

I nature, I’m pretty shy and it’s hard for me to share what I’m going through with anyone and having this anonymous place to be able to get something off my chest the listeners which to me seem really kind has been very helpful and I appreciate it a lot..

App is Free to download but there’s nothing free to do but look at the app design. Anything you touch tells you to subscribe

I really like this app. if you are alone or have nobody to talk to, this app is for you! it’s super user-friendly, variety of topics to choose from. The sign up is easy and takes a few seconds. For me, It took 4 mins only to be connected to a listener. She was very friendly, respectful and patient. She talked to me like she was talking to a friend. so welcoming. She also gave me tips to where I could find a better help or solution. I highly recommend it!
