Go somewhere else
I had high hopes for Hearth, but my recent experience has left me utterly frustrated. Their lack of flexibility in business dealings is shocking. I submitted a fair and reasonable refund request, only to be met with resistance and a dismissive attitude. The end of the conversation was a curt "sorry Charlie, too bad," which felt incredibly unprofessional and disheartening. This inflexibility has greatly impacted my small woman-owned business’s financial operations. It's disheartening to see a company so unwilling to accommodate or support their customers. I cannot recommend Hearth based on this experience. Look elsewhere if you value customer service and support!
