The App does not say that you require in app purchase to use it.
I downloaded but decided it was overpriced to use. My arm model, which is medically, approved does fine and links to apple health and gives me free reports to send to my doctor if needed. I didn’t delete the app and today it gave me a warning my bp was dangerously high. I just checked and it’s 109/71 which is not high let alone dangerously high. An irresponsible tactic to try and get someone without a monitor to make an in app purchase. I’ve now deleted and wouldn’t recommend.
I have DVT and just had a recent blood clot I’m also under a lot of stress being off work etc and the results reflected that pretty accurately I’d say. Stress levels high but a below average heart beat. It would be interesting to know how this works just by putting you’re finger on a camera lens.
I’ve read review about V5C heart rate so I did one for eon bill. Pretty impressive 67 bpm 70’ms HRV and 68% energy. For a red piece of paper.
This app is causing a lot of anxiety, I’m only trying out the free version for now together with some other apps to compare it with, but the system interactions table is terrifying, it says a normal reading percentage should be 70 percent and over, yet mine is showing 2% then 14 then 20 I’ve never got anywhere near a normal reading. It’s pulling most of data from Apple Watch. What’s going on??? I’ve been trialling it at least 2 months so this erratic reading, to be honest makes me feel ill! Which kind of defeats the goal I try to not look for while days or so now, will probably have to give it up. Also shows my readiness scores as being bad at night, but what am I supposed to be ready for you should be winding down at night? Not enough info or faqs in the app to explain their actual readings and calculations either. UPDATE: after submitting this review, instead of reaching out they just deleted all my data and restricted out. If they’d explained the data interpretations or at least reached out I’d have found that more helpful and demonstrative of a company wanting its users to get a great experience! However it made me look around at what else out there. I’ve found a great free app called Welltory and it’s amazing, the scores and interpretations after just a few days are spot on and credible to how I’m feeling and my body responding. Insights are super helpful as well. If you want a monthly, it only costs $60 for a whole year with discount code. Shows you should try out loads of apps to find a good one for you. There is no way this healthily can justify their $5 or so per WEEK fees!
So im someone who is currently suffering with breathing and heart pain which I have had checked out by doctors and everything is normal and down to anxiety apparently. But this app was able to track my heart rate and stress levels which indeed was very high in the 80% levels so now I have a basic understanding that i am very stressed out currently and energy was low to. But once again great app and I’ll continue to use this to help me recover. 👍🏼

This app is nonsense. By the time you have your phone in the right place you’re stressed and then it tells you so. I know!! Also don’t tell my heart age!
this is like pissing in the wind
I’ve been using the app for about 2 weeks to check in throughput the day. It’s easy to use and gives a good daily overview. But the colour scheme is just red-amber-green, which excludes anyone with a colour blindness. For some of the trends, the info tells you which value is good, but you don’t have labels or an axis on the trend line. I assume when it’s green, it’s ok - but it could also just be, that different lines have different colours. If you don’t want to change the colour pallet: add symbols like up-triangle, circle, down-triangle to make it clear and accessible.
