Heartland Guest App

I don’t want to create an account just pay for one restaurant. The app also doesn’t work with password apps. Just allow people to checkout as a guest and be done with it.

It’s asinine to require me to download an app, create an account, verify my email, and verify my phone before I can pay my bill. This should be a web app with the option to just pay the bill without signing up. And it doesn’t even support Apple Pay. Very nearly worthless.

After the pain of signing up it rejects some QR codes without explanation and there’s no where to see points balance.

Had them print it out twice. Scanning just says invalid QR code.

I won’t download an app just to pay my bill: make an app clip like your competitors please

It just doesn’t function well, I order from the restaurant that I like that uses less frequently than I might otherwise because of how much of a chore it is to reset my password for the app every single time I use it. Been a problem for years now

Tried using this at Bob’s Big Boy, Toluca Lake, California. The bill QR code scans with an error. You go through the whole trouble of setting up an account, only to find that it doesn’t work. Again, waste of time. Don’t bother.

Still no fix on being able to add credit card or use a saved card. Also must enter cc number. Who wants to do that? App is a waste of space and time

Any restaurant test uses this should be ashamed of themselves. Difficult to download, doesn’t take you to your bill. Couldn’t pay with the app in the end anyway. Absolutely worthless.

To me, this is a vehicle to use Apple Pay to pay my bill at the table. I don’t want to give them every shred of information on me. To me, this is a worthless application which I won’t use.
