This app had gone through 3 different changes in the last year and each one gets worse, but once you finally get used to it they change it again. Also no Apple Pay.

This app had gone through 3 different changes in the last year and each one gets worse, but once you finally get used to it they change it again. Also no Apple Pay.
The app is just fine. It works well but it’s clunky. I miss being able to continuous scroll the menu and the payment page takes a bit to navigate.
The new app looks nice but is essentially useless for anything other than ordering ahead. There is a points system to redeem rewards, but you can never use the rewards. Baristas constantly say they don't have the option to use the rewards and have even said they are "expired" when the app shows the expiration date is nearly a month away.
Removed Apple Pay, and the credit card interface is worse and doesn't store the same card for multiple uses (checkout vs card balance)
5/5 for in-store ordering. 0/5 for the app.
I love the coffee shop but every time I’ve had to update my app, it resets all of my points. That part is very aggravating as I was very close to a reward twice and then it reset my points and I start from scratch.
Since the app underwent its initial change, it’s been borderline unusable. You can’t even use it to pay anymore…how hard could that be to fix when my card is literally attached to the account? Worst of all, the new update RESET all reward points. So screw any long-loyal customers, I guess. Hire an actual app developer and maybe don’t mess around with people’s account information. Bye Heine.

Somehow I am starting all over this app and I don’t know why. I was scanning my code with each order and accruing points and almost at the $6 award but now my account says 0 and no previous orders!
Rewards feature in the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t matter if you are ordering ahead or scanning in person. It’s a complete disappointment for loyal clients. The employees know it’s an issue and they can’t do anything about it.
